CONTINUING SAFETY MEASURES

Measures we are taking to reduce risks of infection:

controlled access to Stage Studios- the front door will be closed except at the specified, timetabled entry and exit times
only 12 students plus the teacher will be in the dance studio at any time
only 12 students plus the teacher will be in the drama studio at any time
there will be no more than 36 people in the building, across all 3 levels, at any time
public areas remain closed- parents will not be able to wait in reception
changing rooms are closed
all interior doors will be wedges open to remove use of door handles
toilets are for emergency use only
all lessons will observe prescribed social distancing throughout
all teaching materials such as scripts or song lyrics will be sent in advance- no materials will be shared; students can bring their own printed scripts or use tablets/ palm-tops etc
no props or costumes will be shared
participants are asked to ensure they are in good health before coming to the Studios
teachers will wear face masks on request
students can wear face masks if they wish
the dance studio table surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant after each session
teachers will have their own supply of hand sanitizer
students are asked to bring their own hand sanitizer

Please remember our simple guidelines: you cannot enter the studios if you have been on a plane in the past 14 days

STAGE STUDIOS UPDATE

As advice and information evolves daily, we continue to adapt our plans and strategies at Stage Studios.

Stage by Stage and Euridge School of Dancing remain committed to ensuring well-being and safety at Stage Studios and in all our theatrical productions. We are closely following the advice issued by Public Health England and abiding by guidance regarding the Coronavirus outbreak.

Classes resume after the Summer break with the same safety measures we had in place prior to the holidays.

Our reception and changing rooms will remain accessible only by students immediately prior to classes.

We continue to prefer to be as prudent as practical.
